DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Depending on coverage, it may be possible for you to receive reimbursement for your visit by your insurance company. A statement will be generated for you at each visit. You may submit this to your insurance for reimbursement.
You will be financially responsible to pay in full for your appointment.
Keep in mind that staying outside your insurance company has some possible benefits:
Increased medical privacy. A third party is not documenting your appointments.
You and your therapist select your care without hindrance from insurance dictating frequency or limits to care.
Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made prior.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or an emergency, please notify me as far in advance as possible. I ask 24-hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If you do not show up for an appointment or fail to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be responsible for paying 100% of your fee for the missed session. If you are late for your appointment, you will still be charged your assessed fee.

Sessions are scheduled weekly unless otherwise arranged.
